Value Drugs

This is exactly why you should NOT support your local mom & pop shop pharmacy. Wonder why they have all disappeared ? ZERO customer care / service. Bought a phone chord & charger here & 3 weeks later it didn't work. Figured not their fault anything can happen, shouldn't be an issue I still had the box & receipt. WRONG ...... it was a problem, they would only give me store credit. They only accept returns for 14 days, even though it barely lasted that long. Manager had a tude, and I will never buy anything from here or return again. I will make sure everyone I know here's my story about this lack of customer support & poor quality, cheap garbage products they sell that they don't stand behind. Walgreens, CVS, & Amazon would have accepted a return with no questions asked even 60 days later !

FALSE ASVERTISING!! I received this email with a coupon that states 40% off ANY one item. When I went to buy Herbatint hair color the manager, Steven Sojenic, would not give me the discount. He had every excuse stating that it was already discounted. That was not true. It was the same price as I have always paid. In small print it did say discount not on vitamins. Steven tried to tell me the hair color was a vitamin. Maybe he eats it but as far as I know hair dye is not a vitamin. Then he finally said he couldn't give me the discount because they are a small store. Well, I will never be back. And this is just another reason why small stores are going out of business. I just went to the Value Drugs in Huntington on Main Street and they honored the coupon and gave me the discount. I will

Garbage store. They have a tendency to follow (some people) around in a suspicious manner. Made me and my family feel very uncomfortable and will never return to that store.

Great store. They have everything. Staff is very helpful when you can find them. lol.

Nice little store, has a little bit of everything and the prices are better than most around.. haven't used the pharmacy personally but a lot of people have said it's really good..
