I took my old kitty to the ER last night when he was having some labored breathing, and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately my kitty ended up needing to cross rainbow bridge, but the caring treatment from the staff for both my kitty and me, made it much less stressful. The room where I spent time with my kitty saying goodbye was very peaceful and comfy. They had a couch, which was very nice for cuddling. Courtney gave me several hugs, which was so comforting because I was alone during this time. I also saw her comforting another person earlier who was saying goodbye to their dog. Even though my kitty couldn’t be saved I felt like they cared for him wonderfully. 10/10 would recommend this ER.

Brought my 16 month old Lab in for a suspected intestinal obstruction. The staff was wonderful, Dr. Reese was super and the care provided was very good. I was provided estimates of costs, exceptional explanations of, for example, the x-ray findings, and my Lab was treated very well. He's a rambunctious boy and they took his personality in stride, understanding exactly how to work with him. I expected to be there for several hours, but VVERC is an efficient operation, with everyone working together in the care of your pet. While I hope I won't need them again, I definitely won't hesitate to take my pets there.

Very professional and well deserved to be rated a 5 star for their ability to provide excellent care for my recently injured Shiba Inu, full transperancy on what to expect regarding treatment and costs, and giving a professional outbound procedure. They sutured up my Shiba's leg very carefully, provided necessary medication, and suggested methodical recommendations on how to care for her. All my praises to the staff during the night shift from 10pm-5am. Bless that it's a 24/hr facility.

Last week, we faced a sudden emergency with our kitten, Finn, who ingested heart medication intended for his older and much larger canine sister. I promptly contacted Valley Veterinary Emergency, and their team guided me on the necessary steps to take. Given that we live over an hour away, they graciously allowed me to pre-register Finn over the phone, ensuring that he was attended to almost immediately upon our arrival. Throughout the experience, the staff showed exceptional kindness and compassion towards both Finn and us. He was hospitalized overnight, and they made it a priority to keep us informed; the veterinarian even took the time to speak with me directly to provide updates. We brought our Goldendoodle, Annie, in on Saturday evening due to her not being able to stand and labored breathing. She was diagnosed as having a ruptured spleen due to a growth we did not know she had. She was taken in on a gurney as soon as we arrived at the facility. The staff was very professional and kind. She was put to sleep after discussing her chances of survival. Dr. Katogiritis was very kind and compassionate. We appreciate the care Annie received and would recommend this clinic to anyone in our situation.
