Valley Stream Pediatrics

I love that the staff is so friendly, but no matter what day or time I book I am stuck waiting one waiting room for over an hour and it’s extremely frustrating being that there was only two children in front of us and there’s multiple doctors there. What frustrated me more was that I had a 1030 appointment I asked if I can come sooner they told me to come at 9:30. They pulled me in at 9:44 and had me waiting till almost 11 PM for a five minute visit. Not looking for special privileges and not saying I want to be in and out as soon as I go in, I understand offices get backed up and are short on doctors, but this is an every single visit issue. My son is petrified of the dr so that makes it 20x worse.

Absolutely amazing experience at this location. First time patient and the staff went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. Petula and Andrea made sure that I left completely happy with no questions or concerns. They handled everything with the greatest of care and I will definitely be a permanent patient here from now on. Highly recommend ❤️

Overall amazing experience! The front desk got paper work ready for me for when I left they arw super efficient and helpful . They are also very kind and friendly. The nursing staff is amazing, my child can tend to be a little difficult at the ar and they went above and beyond to distract them to do what they needed to do . They treated them wonderfully. The Dr's are all great and always exceed my expectations and listen to my concerns and questions .they are kind and helpful they are also willing to go over anything or suggest helpful routines and tips. The environment is clean and very child oriented. I also find it easy to book appointments for my child . I would definitely recommend valley stream pediatrics .

Doctor Berman seemed very nice on our first visit. We didn’t have to wait almost at all. Our visit was quick and everyone was very nice. Vaccines and blood finger pinch was super quick. They even gave us few gifts and a cute little book for my toddler. Front desk was also very nice. I’m happy with our first visit for sure.

Front desk was very quick and efficient. Nurse was kind and good at multi tasking. Doctor was very professional and he gave away books to both my kids which was really cool. Overall, I really appreciated the clean professional atmosphere.
