I traveled from almost an hour away to seek treatment at this practice because Dr. Sipkin did a remarkable job with my co workers teeth and I wanted only the very best team taking care of my crooked teeth. Now that I finished my Invisalign braces combo treatment (I didn’t know that was a thing but Dr. Sipkin was able to do braces in the back and Invisalign in the front for my crazy bite problems), I am just so amazed with how my teeth look and feel that I needed to shout it from the roof tops. Aside from the incredibly detailed work the doctors did to transform my smile, the staff was always warm and friendly, they always got me in and out efficiently, and they gave me constant updates on my progress. Beautiful building and atmosphere. They had nice music playing. Staff seem ok, nice, and professional. I had my consultation was with Samantha and the owner. The owner, Dr. Jennifer Sipkin, was actually the whole package. She was great, a long term problem solver, honest, upfront, helpful, and you could tell she cared about helping what I was looking for which is so important, helpful, and caring!!!! I felt heard, understood, and respected. Parking was not the greatest- I could not even find a parking spot in their parking lot- so I was able to do street parking. The waiting room was also packed. We live in Manhattan, but have been happy to make the commute to the office over the last two years, for our 12-year-old's braces - she got her braces off today with amazing results! Dr. Sipkin was recommended by our dentist in the city, and she and her team have been super caring, thorough and professional throughout. Dr. Sipkin is very methodical and walked us through different braces options, and has also been very accommodating with scheduling and when other unexpected issues arose on our side. Her experience and compassion throughout the process made us feel very much at ease; we are so lucky to have met her! My son had a 2:30 appointment, but we had to wait as approximately 12 to 15 people were seen before us. I arrived half an hour early, yet they moved quickly. The facility was very clean and modern, attracting a mix of teenagers, young adults, and even some older visitors.

Dr. Sipkin and her staff are the epitome of professional in every way! Every aspect of the process was explained to us in great detail as well as the costs associated with braces and the follow-up care. We could not be happier with the results of our daughter's teeth and would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a caring and very knowledgeable orthodontist.
