Valley Pediatric Dentistry of Winchester

If I could give no stars I would. I had a terrible experience with this office. I made an appointment back in November for the month of March for my child and when I arrived there they could not find an appointment. They told me to give them a call back to set up the appointment why they wouldn’t set it up while I was there or just let us in for one is beyond me. When we left I called the office number and you can’t even speak to anyone. The automated system tells you someone should get back with you within 48 hours and no one did. I even went online and filled out the appointment form still no response from that either. Not to mention our insurance is out of network which isnt entirely a huge issue but still. We live an hour away from this office and had read all the great reviews and how

Everyone here has been absolutely wonderful. They have been so patient and understanding with my child who gets so anxious during appointments. I can’t recommend them enough. Sophia C. you were by far our favorite! The room instantly set the mood for my son to feel nice and calm. He felt at ease the moment he walked in and your kind attitude made it even better! I couldn't ask for a better first dental visit for my 4-year old. Ailiya was so kind, tender and very understanding. If it is not against policy I would like to ask for her help on every visit! Dr. Kim did not disappoint either. Very friendly, thorough and was willing to answer all if my questions. THANK you guys for making our first dental appointment so easy!

Sophia's room for my daughter's post opp was absolutely amazing, my daughter has sensory problems so its hard to stay still in other rooms that are less decorated but she enjoyed the dinosaurs, the books and the monkeys on the light to look at! Very kid friendly and sensory friendly as well! Was in and out!

It's amazing that literally everyone you encounter at this business - front desk staff, dental assistants, dentist - EVEYRONE is unbelievably friendly and kind. Our son has special needs and not 1 time have we felt uncomfortable or unwanted due to his disability and how he reacts in a dentists office. In particular, Dr. Frank seems to have a way with children. He is able to make even the most uncomfortable child be somewhat at ease vising the dentist. I can't say enough of praise for this dentists office. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMMEND!
