! Amazing… The staff is always nice and very helpful and I see Dr Hong and in a nutshell she has helped me throughout some years now with my teeth that had become very dangerous to my health. I had a complete bridge failure from these dentists. I can’t believe it. Its three tooth bridge that broke off. It’s only 3-4 years old. Delta insurance won’t cover its replacement due to 5 year rule and another $4500 out of my pocket. Stay away from VPDC

Poor customer service. Explained the situation and they do not listen about new patient ex-rays. I had told them on the phone that we had just had ex-rays and we would need to have our records transferred. Then they tell me $100 out of pocket after i do them a favor and come in early when they called. Asked me to fill out new patient forms twice and I had already filled them out online.

best dental experience ever for me and my 4 kids! I’m literally surprised by how much the kids enjoyed their teeth cleaning and exam visit, they also became enthusiastic about brushing and flossing every night at last! The doctor is so skilled and experienced and the staff is friendly and professional!
