The staff is an absolute nightmare, incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lady with a thick accent hung up on me while I was in the middle of talking to her. Then at my appointment she turned around and walked away from me mid-sentence. I was furious and almost left but the doctor rushed me into the room as I was voicing my complaints. As with others I don't recommend using this place. If you get referred here buyer beware the other reviews are not lying about the staff.

Wow if I could I would give 0 stars. I couldn’t help but laugh when going to the review page, noticed I’m not the only one who apparently thinks the front office sucks. I don’t need to put details, everyone has already done that. Just know they are awful!

Went to Dr Kumar with my elderly mom for over a year and he never properly diagnosed her. He kept calling her head pain a tension headache. Now, it’s a couple years later, and between her pain management doctor and a new neurologist that took her seriously we have a diagnosis of Occipital Neuralgia and even a causation for the Neuralgia. And I agree with all the complaints about the reception staff… they were horrible and constantly rude.

All the reviews on the place are spot on. Rude as hell from desk to Doctor. The Dr is insanely rude with no compassion what-so-ever. Other reviews hit his bedside manner spot on! Standing in the door way, Not listening, getting irritated by following his or his staff’s instructions. If you are considering this office, JUST DON’T!

I have given Doctor Kumar and this office multiple chances to do better and they continue to fail. Doctor Kumar does not listen, talks over me, often stands at the open door and talks to me about my health. He is very abrupt and seems to always want to be right, rather than discuss my health concerns. He recently yelled at me for following the directions that his own nurse practitioner wrote on the prescription. He told me I should be taking the med a different way. Last year he completely messed up a yearly prescription that I needed and 4 months later I’m still trying to straighten it out with the foundation and my insurance company. The office staff is not much better. When you call the office, you ALWAYS get voicemail and rarely get called back. And to put a cherry on top of all the ot
