I would give zero stars if that were an option. I came in because I was unable to keep down solids or liquids and had a very high fever following surgery. When I arrived, I nearly passed out. I was initially offered a wheelchair, but when the nurse came out, she made me walk to the back despite me explaining that I had almost lost consciousness. Her only response was, “Oh.” The nurse assisting me struggled to accurately document my medical history, repeatedly mixing up dates and even forgetting to take my vital signs until I reminded her. Before a doctor ever saw me, I was given flu and COVID tests. When the provider finally came in, she already had discharge papers in hand before speaking with me and was adamant that I had strep throat. To this day, I have still not received the results

Worse place every didn’t even put my symptoms in my chart that I was literally telling them nurses was to busy writing note in my charts about the smell of “cannabis” also didnt even acknowledge my stomach when I said I was having stomach pain and throwing up. didn’t even give me the medicine the doctor literally said she was was calling in .. very rude and unprofessional.

Bad experience...They brought in 2 extra girls to "help" the lady taking my blood. I figured they were there to learn. However, no one was introduced as in training. They were there to help? Why does it take 3 people to take blood and start an IV? It doesn't. They never asked me if I wanted to be taught on. The one learning really hurt me when she put the needle in. It felt like it was in wrong. I have been feeling really bad lately and was irritatable from dehydration. After 5 minutes or so of the one teaching the other, and the one tugging on my now painful IV site, I finally said, "I would prefer to not be practiced on". Did they respect that? No. One first girl said "were not practicing". What??? I am sitting here while one girl literally is teaching the other to do it. Am I so si

Front desk was very nice and attentive. They have a mask-required sign, but some of the staff weren't wearing masks, so that was confusing. I have noooo problem wearing one, but if I'm required to, so should the staff. I presented for an issue I was having with my ankle, and was told I'd get a call back once the radiologist took a look at the x-ray, because apparently the doctor was unable to do so. I got an update on my Valley Health chart with all the results, and there actually IS something wrong. I never received that phone call that I was assured I'd get. When you tell people you'll call them with an update if there is, in fact, something wrong, please actually mean it.
