Valley Health Urgent Care Express | Front Royal

I thought I had made an appt at this location but had made one for the office on Riverton Commons. I walked in at 530 when they were closing and I was so embarrassed. But they were so gracious and so kind. They saw me and were so friendly and compassionate about my ear pain! Would highly highly recommend!!!!!

I came in today(9/12) because I was experiencing flu like symptoms, and I can confidently say I received the most thorough care I’ve ever received at a doctors office. NP, Heather was so kind, informative, and genuinely cared about my health and well being. I did not once feel rushed or hurried out. She was very attentive when it came to my questions/concerns and welcomed them. We need more people like her in the medical community because my visit today was the best I’ve EVER had at a doctors office. Would rate 100/5 stars if I could, I absolutely loved her! Also, I scheduled an appointment for 1:20 and had no wait time!

I made my first visit this week after getting a tick bite. Cassidy, a Medical Assistant, was patient and caring when getting me set up in their system and taking my vitals. Heather, the Nurse Practitioner I saw, was thorough, informative, and generous with her time. This is one of the best health care experiences I've ever had. I was treated well by a professional, talented team. Glad to know they're nearby when needed.

Clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. I visited the location at 415A South St., Front Royal, Virginia, because it's closest to my home. I'm glad I did. The staff were professional and courteous, and I would like to particularly thank Bridget M. Hickson, NP, for giving me her undivided attention as I presented my symptoms, and answered all my questions confidently and thoroughly which made me feel comfortable and reassured. Nothing felt rushed, and I always felt I was given the respect a patient deserves. This is the kind of care and customer service that I've been looking for.

I had a very good experience here. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes-by far my quickest urgent care visit ever. Be aware that this is not primarily a walk-in clinic. I booked an appointment online the night before, and from speaking with the staff, I know that this is what the majority of their patients do. Waits are longer if you are walking in without an appointment.
