Nurses never answer calls, fighting for 2 months just to get my meds filled. Never had an issue when I had my old NP. Now it feels like if I want any meds or to be seen I should just go to the ER or Urgent care. At least I know I’ll get seen and given meds.

My husband and I have been very happy with the care we've received at Shenandoah Memorial Hospital's MultiSpecialty Clinic. We've seen a number of physicians there as well as PAs. It's been easy to schedule appointments for illness and/or wellness visits. All staff have been professional, friendly and caring. We highly recommend this clinic and Hospital.

I really am surprised at the low reviews I am seeing. Not my experience at all for the last 10 years. All of my experiences have been very satisfactory or great. My previous Dr left but Dr Rinker is there and he's been nothing but outstanding. When I need to go into the lab area I am treated very well and all there do a great job. My experience in the ER with my wife was very good and we really appreciated the care she received. No doubt we're staying here and for good reason.

I have gone here for years, i love Dr Moose and honestly she has saved my life more times than i can count. I moved out if state and still make the commute to see her. Everyone has always been very kind.

we have always had the best of care for six years now. The clinic has an efficient, caring staff, the PAs are just wonderful. We have lived all over the United States and this is some of the best healthcare we’ve ever received.
