Shenandoah Pediatrics

My son sees Danielle Lutman there. She is always super quick with getting us in and out with addressing all our concerns. We have also seen Ms. Lauren Mies, who is great as well! The nurses are fast and made sure we were taken very good care of. I didn't even get to sit in the waiting room before they took me back!

My children see Lauren Míes for there wellness checkups and vaccines. I love her. She is very pleasant. Interacts with the children and listens to the parent. I have had to see Dr. Neri twice for sick child visits (because nobody else was available) and he is terrible. He is rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He does not acknowledge his pediatric patients or parents concerns. I have been a nurse for over 5 years and have worked with many doctors. The majority have been great with patient care. Neri needs to retire. My one year old son waved at him and he didn’t even reply back. He also does not call with lab results like he says he will. Awful provider! I only go to this pediatric office because of Lauren. Otherwise I would switch offices in a heartbeat!

We absolutely love Dr Lauren Mies, she is amazing! I always feel heard and seen and she never makes me feel like I'm crazy for asking questions and she's never rushing away. I won't ever trust my babies to anyone else!

My family receives excellent care. The doctor is extremely friendly and has an excellent demeanor. She explains things fully and listens and responds appropriately to all my questions. When I've called in needing forms completed, they are always completed and ready to pick up at the receptionist desk in a very timely manner. I would recommend this office to anyone needing pediatric care from the birth of baby and on.

Dr Neri has an arrogance problem that keeps him from hearing his patients concerns. He has stated he doesn't have time to read charts, and this shows in how he is rushed with his patients. I've had vaccines administered to my child even though I specifically asked to delay certain ones, because they don't check charts. I've taken mouth wounds in to be addressed to not have them cleaned at all and handed a sugary popsicle instead of medical care. Today, my sick child cannot even get in to see the doctor, and it's the final straw. He's also completely missed the Neurodivergecy in my children despite hours of filling out the paperwork over the years to catch it. I'll be firing after not receiving care for my sick child today.
