Crossroads Physical Therapy

I went with a compression fracture in my back and knee with a torn ACL that happened over a year ago. I went in with minimal pain and after 3 sessions was in so much pain and very much worse condition than when I went in. Matt is way too aggressive. I had to stop going. Now I’m in a lot of pain. I should never have started going there!!!!

I would recommend Crossroads Physical Therapy 100%!! I broke my ankle at the end of June, had surgery early July and started PT at the end of July. Matt and his team got me back to pretty much my baseline by the end of November! The team is knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and works with your schedule. I enjoyed PT and looked forward to our time together. It's a small business in a small town, but big on quality! So thankful for my time with them!!

When i moved here in Dec 2017 I suddenly was unable to do anything without almost falling on my face because I had come down with Vertigo, evidently from dehydration and flying cross country from Oregon. Thanks to Matt Shiffler and his wonderful staff I am now able to move without my surroundings doing hand springs and I don't feel like I'm going to fall on my face the minute I stand up. They are all very professional but treat you like a friend and that is what I consider them.............my friends and I'm going to miss them very much since I have "graduated" from therapy

I went here with planters fasciitis, Matt and his staff were wonderful and had me out of pain and back to my normal activities in two months. Highly recommend them.
