Valley Health Rheumatology

I have never had a doctor's office that doesn't answer their phone. I have called Dr. J's office twice. I am now going to go to a rheumatologist in northern Virginia since this office doesn't care about their patients. If you want help, don't go here.

NO STARS So after my wife has been waiting months for her appointment, countless referrals and prior authorizations, working with insurance to decide everything the parking lot was so packed she was forced to circle the parking lot for over 15 minutes trying to find parking. Even in other departments and wings. She arrived to her appointment late due to this it wasn’t even ten minutes and the Dr. refused to see her and had the nurse tell her she needed to reschedule. After driving 45 minutes finding parking for 15 just to be told you’re 10 minutes late and making her feel like her issues and health concerns she has been struggling with, not to mention the pain, for the Dr. to act as though she was not worth his time. I left work 4 hrs early she left an hour before her appointment and this

When you try to schedule as a new patient, no one answers the phone. You get a message saying they will call you back within 24 hours, and to "please not leave multiple messages", but 4 business days later, still no call back.

Dr. Aye is amazing. She is the most informative rheumatologist that I have seen. She went over my chart throughly before seeing me. Her front office staff and nurse are wonderful. I know that it is sometimes difficult to get people on the phone. I happen to know that they are working to get back to you or to handle something for another patient. My advice is just to stop in to schedule. It is worth taking an extra bit of your time.

No stars here! I was referred here by another physician within the valley health group and was told the next appointment for a new patient was in February of 2026. When I informed my doctor, she was very surprised to hear about such a long wait.
