Love Dr Carpenter! I’ve only seen her twice but she has been very attentive both times. She was very thorough with my most recent problem visit and I felt listened to. I am so happy to have found her, I hope she stays around so I can continue my care with her.

Had an appointment on Monday, 11-24. They called 20 minutes before I was to be there to reschedule the appointment. Granted I had taken the day off. Ok. Rescheduled for Wednesday, 11-26. Another work day taken off! Again. Ok. I needed to be seen. Unfortunately transportation not working this morning had to walk...called told them I would be late. Got there15 minutes late I was told I couldn't be seen! 2 days of missed work! Had walked there then back home to be not seen at all! Not a person in there waiting to be seen! Inconsiderate!!

Saw Dr Carpenter a couple times. She was nice at first, until one day she sent me a rude message on the patient portal over something so minor. I even showed this message to another Healthcare provider, and they agreed the way she came off was uncalled for.. She even ran to her Manager instead of just communicating the issue with me, which I thought was bizarre... I apologized to her anyway, but she never replied back. I just switched practices.

Update 12/12/24. I noticed ever since I made this post anywhere I go to valley health I get treated very poorly. And I see that many people have seen this comment so I'm curious if this is why I'm being treated this way through valley health systems? After my physical therapy is complete I'm taking my business to another health system. my old comment »» When you have an appointment at 9am and arrive 20 minutes early because 1st time and you literally watch 7 people go ahead of you after 9am. And all 7 arrived after me. Now I see part of the reason why it's 3.5 star. I give you the benefit of the doubt because we all have good days and bad but this is not the first time. Get it together people you are our health care system yeah it's overwhelming but it's the job you chose and you knew what
