Strasburg Pharmacy

When this pharmacy first opened it was a 5 star. Since then, I feel like there's always somebody new working and you never can get the same answer from two people. The biggest irritation is when you call they always answer the phone saying "Strasburg Pharmacy pleeeeaaaase hooooolllllld" in a long drawn out tone and then bam- put you on hold before you can react. They could at least say "Strasburg Pharmacy, do you mind holding?" Drives me nuts.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy ever since it opened. I cannot say enough good things about it. I travel been Strasburg and Florida several times a year, and they are so kind about transferring my prescriptions back and forth. The pharmacist greets me by name. They are usually super busy, but always make time for their customers. I can’t recommend this pharmacy enough.

Every time we go to pick up prescriptions that are supposed to be ready (per their notification) we wait over 30 min. I called yesterday to make sure my prescription was ready and asked about the name of what was filled. The clerk just kept repeating you have one ready. Called this morning about the same script and my thyroid medication. I was told to have my doctor send in the script because they are having trouble getting information from tithe pharmacy that transferred my info to them. I explained it was written by UVA.

Friendly and great service. Not always super quick but take my insurance and orders are correct!

I have been here several times, all on short notice for meds for my baby. This very evening he stayed open late just to make sure my baby could get his meds as we just got done at quick care. The owner is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping this tired mom out when I needed it the most!
