Valley Health Multispecialty Clinic | Commerce Avenue (Pediatrics)

The Doctors and most of the staff are great with children! They are kind, patient and welcoming. On our last occasion my son needed a swab test done. We overheard them outside the door asking the nurse to go swab my son, she was not happy out it. The nurse asked her how old he was and then came into the room. She had no bedside manner, no, Hi, how are you?, nothing. She didn't acknowledge my son, she simply did the swab tests with minimal interaction as possible. I know swabbing kids is not fun, but you have to make the best of it. Give encouragement and have a positive mind set.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only is the doctor there 2 days out of the week, and doesn’t do her job when she is, but the office has somehow lost my paperwork not only in one, but on 2 separate occasions. In order to help my child, paperwork needed to be completed and turned in. I then turned in said paperwork (in person). I call after not hearing anything for about 2 weeks, and they tell me they have no record of the parent portion of the paperwork. So I have to go all the way back to fill out that one form, and turn it in (in person) again. Waited another week or two for a phone call to set up appointment, just to never get one. So I call, and again they tell me they have no record of the parent portion AGAIN? So I am expected to come in AGAIN to fill out the paperwork and turn

I’ve been taking my son here for a few years now, I love Dr Kim! She is so great, listens, and is personable. She also educates really well instead of making you feel dumb. Any concern I’ve ever had with my son she’s never dismissed she had always listened! The nurses are always so sweet and patient with my son. Love this pediatrician office!

This is the worst office!!! If I could give a 0 I would. I would suggest finding a different office. Just because of the way I have been treated and talked to, I no longer feel that it is in my children's best interest to be seen in this office. I have been trying to get my children switched out of this office and they have decided to only send two of my children's files over. One of my children is currently having some stomach issues and should be getting his weight checked every couple of weeks but because they have not sent his records over they can't schedule him . We have been trying to figure out what has been going on since February and she can't figure out what is going on. Now that we are moving to a new office they wont send the records over. I know they are doing this to punish

I have always had a positive experience here with Nurse Practitioner Kim Leslie and the other staff at Valley Health Pediatrics. Everyone is always kind, thorough and caring. I can tell that the providers truly enjoy helping the kiddos. They always send us home with encouragement (and usually a children's book or two). I've never had a problem with them fitting us is with a sick kiddo and their triage priority has always been appropriate given the concerns I present. Thanks to the staff for always looking out for my littles!
