Was needing a new dentist but after what my wife just experienced at this location I'll keep looking. After her last visit she made her next appointment before she left. We kept the card and marked the time and date on the calendar as well. We planned other events on that day around the appt.time like normal people do. The day before we get a message to confirm the day was right but the time was wrong. When you have your day planned out any disruptions screws things up. When she asked the lady when she called about the time difference she was told with a snarky tone " Well someone must have wrote down the wrong time if you show up at the time on the card we won't see you cause you'll be late " ...how can anyone look at the computer screen see a time and then write it on a card wrong in le

Went to my eye exam last december and my prescription they gave me was way stronger than my original glasses I had, went and got glasses made and they were way to strong and I could not even see through them, $60 is now down the drain for glasses they had to special make because of the astigmatism. I had my eye exam again today just for them to say yes that one was too strong and gave me a new prescription and now can’t get new glasses until next year because I got those new glasses this year and can’t even use them. $60 down the drain

In dental, I feel like everyone here is so personable. Sam at the front desk (whom I believe I had originally scheduled with over the phone as well) was so bright & cheerful. I see why they made her the first person patients see when they arrive. Renea did an exceptional job on my cleaning while consistently checking to make sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. She was also very thorough in explaining every step as she was doing the cleaning to ease my anxiety. I believe the dentist was Dr. Smith? She was very cheery & thorough as well. Before my initial new patient visit, I went from being traumatized by the dentist & having anxiety about going, to looking forward to my next visit. I wish I could rate it 0 stars! I went in for a consultation. The dental assistant was flat out rude and Incompassionate. She completely unloaded on me. I'm putting my biggest insecurities out there and it gets blown back in my face. I left in tears with how she talked to me IN FRONT of the actual dentist. 0/10 would recommend.

Well I got my eyes checked and glasses @ Valley Health in Milton and I couldnt be happier! I got the cutest Dolce & Gabbana frames for half off and my lenses were half off too! I will definitely be back!
