She took time to really listen to my concerns, explained my labs and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed. I appreciated the thoughtful, thorough approach and the clear plan moving forward. The staff was kind and efficient, and the visit left me feeling reassured and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Alsamarraie and this practice to anyone needing thyroid care.

Marshall health has a wide variety of knowledge within their providers. Capable of tackling some of the most rare conditions that are being studied. Dr Faisal, Dr Bondi, Dr McNeely & the family care team assigned through the ER (one a bio chemist) finally began to believe me. It's taken 6 yrs of other Dr groups in the area misdiagnosing and even blauntly accusing me of lying to get attention. Marshall health continued to give me the benefit of the doubt and didn't give up until they found out what was wrong with me. The conditions and diseases that we face today are new and very different than times past. I am so grateful that we have such high standard of care in such a rural area. Our endocrinologist moved out of state and we were put with Jackie Hudnall and she was great! My husband and I were a little nervous having to start over with another Dr, but she took her time with us and explained everything she was doing!! So happy she is our new endo Dr since our other one left!! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Stephen Roy did a great job taking his time to talk with me and he answered all of my health questions. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends!!

So far, after being referred by HIMG to Erma Byrd Center due to life threatening symptoms to see several different specialists, it has been no help at all. I bring in my symptoms sheet each time with each Dr & they either don’t read it or skip over it quickly & nothing in my medical history there is correct nor does it contain the symptoms from sheet that I bring in. I feel like I’m rushed through every appointment & no one is taking my symptoms seriously. I would hope after being referred to several specialist there that I could get some kind of help instead of more anxiety & worsening symptoms. I feel like I haven’t received the quality of care I’m paying for or deserve especially from a specialist.
