I had the most unprofessional experience. After doing my xray I am yet to be informed of the results. The doctor took 2seconds to look at my tooth and then told his assistant to write prescription for two medications. No explanation of what they are for and why they are needed. I had to ASK to at least have an idea of where do we go from here and that wasn't even explained to me by the Doctor. My only reason for knowing what was happening is because I'm an RN. I do expect to have a better experience when I return for my followup appointment. Super super disappointed

My family has gone here for years! We love Dr. Conard and his staff ❤️ They are very kid friendly! Office is super clean and appointments are easy to get in with. I’ve had emergencies with my teeth and they have got me in on the same day! 100% recommend these wonderful people!

Excellent!!! That’s the only word I can use to describe my experience here with the staff and Dentist. From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left I was greeted with kindness and understanding of what exactly was going to be done and why. Highly recommend if like me you have had previous bad experiences with other dental offices.

I love Dr.Conard and the whole staff. I'm warmly greeted and immediately made comfortable which is really important at a dental visit. I'm not a good patient, so I'm happy he is so calming and explains everything.

After a very bad experience at a dental office local to me, I hadn't gone to the dentist in 8 years. I was nervous, embarrassed, and afraid. I heard a radio advertisement for this office. I took my chances and made an appointment. It was every bit worth the hour trip to and from this office. Everyone is so friendly. I had the pleasure of seeing Stephani, the dental hygienist. She made me feel so comfortable, and explained my treatment plan thoroughly. Never did I feel ashamed. She is the reason I feel confident with my dental care, and smile. I would recommend this office to any and everyone. Dr. Conard was so friendly and helpful. Not one person made me feel ashamed of my teeth. They are wonderful, and I will continue to drive the hour to receive top notch care.
