Valley Health Diagnostic Imaging

Please fix your appointment scheduling system for the breast imaging center , it seems to never work. I've selected multiple dates and times and answered all the questions after a few minutes it says please wait for completion and it gives an error that states the system is unable to complete the booking. FIX THE ONLINE SYSTEM because your call center and navigators never pick up within a reasonable amount of time. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and when you do they are unpleasant and rude. I am so tired of this facility i am currently looking into others where i can get an appointment properly and deal with friendly staff.

Let me start by saying ,I am never going back ! I went to get X-ray done . I felt so uncomfortable at the reception , they called my name and person at the front desk asked me to follow him to get registered , since I visited this place for the first time I handed him ID and insurance card , and he replied “ I have to ask you some questions “ My understanding was he will ask me about my health or medications I am taking , boy I was wrong First questions was “ what is your religion” where I replied “ I don’t think this is relevant to x-ray “ Then he asked me my full work address and the name of the business , which I also irrelevant Most crazy was the last question “ do you have a living will “ are you kidding me ????What is wrong with this place , who runs this place , how is this relevan
