Lima PT: Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy & Pediatric Physical Therapy

Dr. Lima is an excellent physical therapist. I went to her for severe low back pain during pregnancy, I could barely walk when I would have intense discomfort. She taught me exercises for home and gave me realistic goals for each day. Her office is very warm & calming which 100% matches her personality. From the moment I met her I felt very comfortable and she made me feel so much better. I will definitely return for further care and I fully recommend her services.

Words cannot describe how positive this experience was. We opted for in-home pediatric physical therapy and it was worth every penny spent. My child would not practice any PT when going to an office and with Lima (after the standard cry session) fully participated the whole time! What I personally liked was that Lima brought toys my toddler enjoyed, swapped out toys as she made gains in her development, and pivoted easily when my toddler decided she was done with a task. I also appreciated her guidance on turning everyday items into an activity that would help my toddler practice. Lastly, I appreciated the honesty when it came time to pause our sessions. Originally I went to Lima for pelvic floor therapy. She was able to help me with my symptoms and pain. After I was feeling better I started telling her other parts of my body that I was experiencing pain in. She has been a huge part of allowing me to live a mostly normal life with chronic pain and Lyme disease. She meets me where I am at and really listens to me. She gives me exercises I can handle both physically and fit into my busy life. 100% suggest her for pro ice floor and much more!

I had an excellent experience with Lima PT. After a very rough labor/postpartum experience and a lot of pain following c section, I am now able to go through days forgetting I even had surgery 5 months ago and my scar looks and feels so much better! Every session is catered to what you need and the exercises provided are so helpful and easily done throughout the day. I would highly recommend Lima PT to my friends and family.
