Valley Family Practice

Love the practice. Came from Kaiser with new insurance in a new town. Didn’t know what to expect with the new insurance and the practice. I couldn’t be more positive about them if I had to. Staff is nice. Brittany is wonderful, compassionate, caring, and you truly feel as though you’re getting personal service. Her assistant, Janell, is great also! Recently met Dr.Duck for the first time, and like Brittany, is compassionate and caring. They are the epitome of great doctor bedside manners. I highly recommend them. I wouldn’t take the time to write something if they were merely mediocre.

The doctors here have been my family's go-to's for many years. As we approach our 20th anniversary here, I have nothing negative to say about the medical staff. They've been consistently great throughout the years. Whether it's one of the DR's or PA's or the nursing staff... nothing but positive reviews. Getting a same-day sick appointment is tough though! The office staff was great as well (many years ago), but the past 8-10 years have been full of wrong lab orders sent, botched appointment times, and the like. I'd like to say that it's just a couple instances or just my experience, but it's been like that for a number of family members and friends, too. Valley Family Practice is celebrating 20 years and they have been our Primary Care providers for almost 20 years. They have always responded to our needs in a timely fashion. The staff are courteous and treat you with professionalism. Yes this makes Valley Family Practice sound really good and that's because, "They Really Are That GOOD"!!!

Really rude to my mother. One is a pill pusher (np) and don't take time to listen to anything. Don't tell you what your test say. My mother call in for a sick appointment set it up with Dr. Duck at 10:45 then ten minutes later call back saying she can't see Dr. Duck but she can see his np at the same time. she got there early wait in the waiting room over hr. ask when was her appointment they told her 3 different times. My mom was really sick she got up walk out went to urgent care they put her on two different antibiotics. Today she got a nasty letter in mail that she no longer be allowed to seek care at this practice. From her behavior?? By walking out because they couldn't do their JOB RIGHT WITH TIME ?
