Valley Eye Care - James R. Hale, OD

Five stars for Dr. Hale. I have weird eyes and have seen a lot of eye doctors in my lifetime, and he is at the top. He was knowledgeable, cared about figuring things out, and was always pleasant and good-humored. I stopped going there because of unfriendly/pushy/rude behavior from an optician and receptionist, but that was several years ago and things may have changed, so I don't feel like I can rate the practice negatively on that basis.

Quick appointment, usually next day. Tests are well explained and professionally executed. Good selection of lens options and frames for glasses wearers. Dr. Hale and his staff are excellent!

Dr. Hale is fantastic. His front desk staff are not friendly at all and can be quite rude. Todays experience with "Melissa" was the worst i've ever been treated here. If i experience this treatment again, i will talk directly to Dr.Hale.
