Mid-Valley Dental Associates Corvallis

This dental office was a great find. Dr. Tidwell is competent, thorough, and very ethical - the needs of the patient come first. The hygienist I saw (Kim) is also very thorough and has an excellent touch. Everyone in the office is cheerful and the atmosphere is pleasant and informal. Moreover, the cost is reasonable. Just what I've been looking for!

It had been 6 years since I had been to a dentist, so had to fill out a new set of paperwork; the receptionist was very attentive, courteous and helpful during that process. The hygienist (Gena) who gave me my long-overdue cleaning was incredibly efficient, adept and friendly, and I was very pleased with how pain-free the process was. Dr. Tidwell was very amiable and knowledgeable and I am very glad that I have chosen Mid-Valley for my dentistry needs.

The entire staff at Mid Valley Dental is always top notch. They are always very friendly and do extremely good work. Lisa, (the front office person) is always allot of fun to talk with and she is always very helpful and accommodating. Brian Tidwell (my dentist) is the best dentist I have had and will be my dentist for the foreseeable future. He is very thorough and a bit of perfectionist, which makes for a great dentist. And he has great bedside manor and is very understanding of peoples situation. My dental hygienist is also great at her job. She takes time to explain everything to you so you know exactly what to expect and what is going on. And she gives great advice wherever she can on things that would help you. And she truly cares about her patients. Overall I really can't recommend

Update two + years later: Still all smiles. I actually look forward to these appointments. Kim is always ready with fresh ideas for home care and enthusiasms for successfully implementing her ideas. A joyful, considerate human. All the staff I've engaged with in conversation feel so much more like family with their encouragements and supportive tales, whether about teeth, or gardening, or where to go for what. I appreciate that Dr. Tidwell is fully involved, and checks my teeth after every cleaning. Really a family practice with an open-hearted inclusion feel. Dr. Tidwell and his staff are absolutely wonderful! My regular dental provider refused to help me with an implant that was placed over a decade ago in another state simply because they did not place it. So I came to Dr. Tidwell feeling worried, anxious, and upset about the situation. Dr. Tidwell is conservative, ethical, kind, gentle, and highly competent. I don’t know if he understands how much it means to have someone say, “We can take care of that. Here’s the plan.“ You simply cannot put value on that. In addition, his entire staff is full of friendly and helpful people. They immediately put me at ease. I left feeling happy, relieved, and calm. Needless to say, I will be changing my insurance. Dr. Tidwell is wonderful and I would recommend him and his entire staff to anyone.
