Great staff. Not great hours. No open pharmacy in Chewelah on the weekend kind of sucks.

The people that work here always have a smile on their face. Their pharmacy is awesome, always willing to go the extra mile to help!

I was in need of a medication that had to be filled yesterday. After another pharmacy really (safeway in colville) was terrible and rude and failed to provide what I needed even after the doctor called it in. The doctor contacted valley drug and they went out if there was to get me what I needed. They were friendly and efficient and it was right at closing time when all this happened. And the quaint country atmosphere of the rest of the store is very appealing and refreshing.

I have been going there since I moved to chewelah for the last 11 years. As others have commented that all the staff are very friendly and the workers in the pharmacy are very efficient and caring. They all know me by my name and even ask how my dog is doing as they are like many have commented or just like a country store of the old times. I've been in the hospital one time and when I was released they knew that I was coming over and stayed open for an extra 20 minutes to fill my prescription and how many places can you say that about. This is truly a business model that should be followed and duplicated. I had moved 40 miles away a year ago and I still get my prescriptions filled here as I've always watched out before me as they have caught prescriptions that have been prescribed that do
