I used Valley Dental Arts for almost 2 decades before my retirement. When one sends great impressions and a well written script, we always received beautiful work in return. We also appreciated their dedication to continuing education. I'd recommend anytime one is considering them to get on the phone and speak directly with the heads of each department. They have a vast amount of knowledge in dental design, esthetics, and color. Send them good photos with and without shade tabs in the photos. All of these assist any lab to return what you desire. Additionally, I always sent impressions of our provisionals. Then they have a pattern of what you're trying to achieve. Each time for us, they exceeded it. This being my 25th year in dentistry, I can not thank Valley enough for the exceptional service and gorgeous crowns/veneers they've provided for me over the years. Bad work and expensive lab! I sent in an impression to fabricate crowns for 6 front teeth. They returned 6 crowns that looked like cow's teeth. They were bulky, huge, long, and ugly. 2nd PVS impression sent in again for redo. They sent back another ugly 6 crowns. 3 Rd impression sent in and they still could not do it. Luckily, I took double impressions and sent to another lab and they made beautiful crowns. I then sent the duplicate wax model of these crowns and sent to Valley dental lab to ask them to to it just like the other lab since they did not refund the money. Valley charged me roughly $2000. These crowns from Valley dental Arts now are in my toy box and use just for a demo. I highly do not recommend this lab at all.
