My legal name is Gau, & I just saw Dr. Wolff this morning for a free consultation in regards to getting round 2 of Invisalign/straightening correction to my top teeth. My experience was great, as I highly recommend anyone to come to this location! Dr. Wolff took the time to evaluate my teeth with me and gave me some insightful feedback. I appreciated his time, going above and beyond about what I wanted to achieve, and what he recommended after hearing about my concerns. I was blown away and highly appreciated his time. He recommended a cheaper option, vs. invisalign(in-house aligners), as my case is only mild. At first, I was 50/50 about re-doing my top teeth, but now I feel 100% exciting about going through . I’m not sure where all of the discrepancies come from when scheduling, but I have ran into numerous problems at this point in my one year with smile orthodontics. Depending on who I speak to definitely impacts the outcome of scheduling. For example, I was told that I don’t have to call for wire trims - and then was waiting over an hour at one of the clinic locations, who then told me to call ahead next time. I’m writing this review now because I just got off the phone with a scheduler who abruptly hung up on me the minute the appointment was rescheduled. I had to call to make sure that I would be able to get my bracket replaced during my next visit, as the orthodontist wouldn’t be in the office. A bracket replacement was listed in my patient notes. Our experience at Smile has been fantastic! We had one child complete braces, one is almost done with Invisalign, and one is just starting with braces. Pricing and treatment plans are upfront and reasonable. My kids all enjoyed the staff and felt comfortable and supported. Any issues that arose (a wire popping out or whatever) were always quickly and easily remedied. 100% recommend Smile Orthodontic.

Smile Orthodontics has been such a great experience for us! We go to the Stillwater and Lake Elmo locations for our son’s braces and we have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Dr.! They are helpful, polite, knowledgeable and engaging. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
