Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. The front desk staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I’m a patient preparing for a major, life-altering surgery — and instead of receiving compassion or support, I’ve been met with attitude and misinformation at every turn. Months ago, I asked for a second opinion because I have serious concerns about my upcoming surgery. I’ve called multiple times, followed every instruction they gave, and even contacted my healthcare provider as directed. Only recently did I find out that all this time, they hadn’t even submitted the authorization requests like they claimed they were doing. I initially was going to rate this place at least three stars because my first appointment there wasn’t too bad. Everyone was nice When I walked in. The waiting room and the Appointment rooms are nice and looked newer. But ever since I switched to this healthcare center in August, it’s been an uphill battle. I don’t actually have one primary care doctor. I’ve been juggled between several, so none of them know my history. Or me personally. I’ve only been able to do mostly virtual telephone calls which don’t get my urgent medical needs across. I have several very intense chronic conditions that I need care for and not one person or doctor seems to care about that. The last straw and my one star rating is for what just occurred. Just wanted X-rays notify them the entire session and got two big goiters on either side of my neck Near arteries doctor used filthy gloves asked him to change them i don't think he did however he seemed quite irritated I end up with two huge irritations near life threatening arteries nothing but bad reviews on here I need to sue I have PTSD and HIGH FUNCTIONING AUTISTISM

I've been a patient at VCH for four years. The facility is clean, quiet, and efficient. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see the doctor. Although appointments are booked a few months out, I have called for same day in-person or virtual appointments and was able to be seen. In fact, my PCP, Dr. H. Singh called me the day after the one time I wasn't able to get through on the same day. He is always patient, focused, and thoughtful during our visits which makes me feel comfortable about his advice. Also, when I needed help most on a timely issue, the Chief Administrator, Su Dion, and her staff went above an beyond. 6 months in the making. This is our new provider. September this year we made an appointment and the earliest is December 2024, we patiently waited until the day of appointment came however we were unable to answer their call before the appointment and when we arrived to community healthcare they regret to inform us that the doctor is SICK that's why they call us prior to our appointment and when we made another appointment they gave us end of February. First impressions Last. Thank you for your service thou. Thanks but no thanks.
