Suppose you wish to be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism, not how CVS pharmacy at Balboa & Nordhoff treats customers (refer to their Google and Yelp reviews). In that case, this is the pharmacy for you. I visited this pharmacy today after I decided to leave the CVS pharmacy at Nordhoff & Balboa after more than 30 years. The reason I left CVS was the unprofessional and rude treatment I received from some of the staff. I came to Metro Pharmacy today, and I was greeted by the pharmacist and another lady. Both Emilya and Asya greeted me with smiles and helped me transfer all my prescriptions to this store.
