I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and this place is easily one of the best. Caroline really knows what she’s doing and actually listens to what you need instead of just going through the motions. The space is calm, clean, and relaxing, and I left feeling noticeably better, not just relaxed for an hour. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with stress, tight muscles, or just need some real self-care.

Honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had. Caroline makes you feel comfortable right away, and the session never feels rushed. She really focuses on the areas that actually need work, not just a generic massage. I felt a huge difference afterward and slept great that night. If you’re on the fence, just book it, totally worth it.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Super easy to book (few things annoy me more than a lengthy questionnaire), very welcoming, and the massage itself was amazing. Caroline has a great touch and can adjust the pressure perfectly depending on what you want. She specifically focused on one of my back’s pinched nerve and gave me some much needed relief. I walked out feeling loose and refreshed instead of sore like I’ve been at other places. Definitely coming back and already recommending to friends.
