Excellent, caring experience! I came in for my first hearing test in years and to review getting fit for custom ear plugs since I attend a lot of concerts. The staff was very inviting the moment I walked in. I really had no idea what to expect during the evaluation, but Dr. Jules thoughtfully walked me through every step of each process and every question was answered. I went forward with the custom ear plugs, but nothing was pushed onto me and everything was clearly explained for my own decision making. Great experience! I will be back next time I need ear care.
