I don't feel this practice values patients or their parents. If we hadn't already paid in full for my son's treatment, we'd find a new orthodontist. Scheduling can be quite difficult. They prefer to see patients in the mornings so be prepared to take your child out of school for an appointment. We found the male orthodontist slightly rude and lacking in manners. The facility is clean and in a good location.

I use the office in Fernadina. The staff is friendly. I have never had a problem with scheduling. I get a late appt every time so I don’t have to take off work. The office waiting area is small so sometimes it’s standing room only.
