Update: I received a phone call from a very nice lady, who seemed really caring and understanding. She took back the blood pressure machine to make things right and alleviate any additional stress. She also said that she would personally handle my prescriptions in the future. I really appreciated the understanding and the gesture of good will, and for that I changed my rating. I wouldn’t mind given them another chance in the future because it’s really convenient that they are in the neighborhood. I used to appreciate having a neighborhood pharmacy, but my experience over the past year has been consistently disappointing.
