Valencia Pediatrics

Me and my wife both went to this pediatrician when we were kids since we are both from the high desert and we have always had good experiences as well as our mothers always speaking highly about them and recommending us to go there as well, but after only 4 visit since she was a newborn we realized the new young doctors her are extremely rude and ignorant. My wife recently took our daughter in for her 7 month check up and Dr. Mickaela would speak to my wife as if she were dumb for asking about vaccines and what there for and when she would decide no for some vaccines for now she would make her feel as if she was dumb for doing so. Very unprofessional Dr. so we decide to switch pediatrician unfortunately it would have been nice to say our family grew together at this office but it only take

I have a child with severe autism. The office and Dr. are always kind and patient with him. They take their time and thoroughly complete his appointment even if he is sick or doesn't want to comply right away. They treat both of my children with kindness and care. Always worth the wait.

A wonderful physician who truly cares about my children. They always take the time to clearly explain their findings and make sure we understand everything. We never feel rushed during visits, and that level of attention and compassion means so much to our family. Highly recommend!

If I can give it zero stars I would. The receptionist Leticia declined me and would not make an appointment for my 2 year old son. She told me to take him to urgent care first and then come back to make an appointment. I told her thats fine but please make a follow up appointment because if your soonest appointment is not until next Monday, I dont want to get pushed back even more. She indicated that it was not her problem and call back when you go to urgent care. You work with children and have a rude attitude is so unfortunate.

Good doctor but just don't like than when there sick walk in are not even available for the patient to be seen. No sure why is only appointments and appointments are like 2 month away from the day called in. Need better assistance in the matter.!
