Dr.Ponce, whom I had never met, entered the room and called me by name. He said, Anita, how are you? That question alone is more than I usually get from doctors. I am 75 years old and it seems the older we get the more we are ignored. I have a wonderful primary care doctor and I am not trying to say all of my doctors ignore me But, because of the constraints of rules and regulations. companies and the IPAs, doctors are hard pressed to meet their quotas. Dr was very clear spoken. He explained everything to me that I needed to know and ordered tests to further study my condition. I couldn’t be happier.
