This is the facility where my father passed, and there is absolutely no fault on their part. From the very beginning, they fought to help get my dad placed there when other places made the process difficult and stressful. That alone meant everything to our family. The facility itself is extremely clean, peaceful, and well maintained, but what truly sets Valentina Gardens apart is the people who work there. You can tell this is not just a job to them. They genuinely care about the residents and the families. Every nurse, staff member, and person we came in contact with treated my father with dignity, patience, and compassion. They treated our family with that same level of care and respect. Even during one of the hardest moments of our lives, they helped guide us, answered our questions, an

My mother stayed here twice. The second time we actually requested for her to return there because we were so impressed with the facility and staff I visit my mom while she was in there every day all different times and every time I went, I found the facility very clean and all the staff very welcoming Vanessa and Christina were very helpful. Dr. core was great. The young lady that was at the front desk always greeted you with a smile and kind voice. Valencia Gardens must hire only caring, skilled, friendly people. From the awesome therapists, Susan, Noble, Miranda and Crispi, that worked so hard to help my husband get better every day. To the people that helped take care of him in his room with dignity and kindness, Pedro, Marc and Anna. And the awesome staff that made sure he had all the support he needed like Eddy giving him his meds, Rosa making sure he had Iced water during the day! His Case Manager, Vanessa went beyond making sure that we got the information and help we needed. And greeting us with smiles and knowledgeable information at the front desk was Jackie. I was at Valencia Gardens for 3 months from October 10th to January 10th. I was so amazed with how beautiful that place was. From the top to bottom. From Frank all the way to maintenance. The nurses were 💯 to me. I was treated soo good . They always answered there call lights. The food was ok. Overall I recommend this place. Here are photos of some of my nurses. Also great roommate.
