Valdosta Dental Associates

I had an appointment for November 13th for my son at 3 pm! When I got there they were closed. I took off work & drove an hour away because we stay in ocilla. This was the only place that said they accepted Medicaid so that’s the reason we traveled down here. We got there dead at 3 and saw the sign , but I thought that couldn’t be right because I RECEIVED NO CALL, OR EMAIL!! So I drove to the other Valdosta Dental Associates, and they told me they their office doesn’t see kids , and that the other one that I went to closed at 10 that morning because of plumbing issues. I work in Tifton Ga, so I had to make arrangements to take off of work at 1, instead of my regular time. I got off at 1, drove all the way to Ocilla to pick my child up from school. If your time is valuable don't go here, (Valdosta Dental Associates) or any other Dentist office that doesn't display the name of the Dentist on there web site or whose staff has to call you for your next appointment after you've had your insurance checked, consultation, and Xray, as opposed to giving you an appointment before leaving the office. It seems like a cash grab. Initial consultation, then wait in pain... A one tooth emergency extraction 3 and a half week wait after Initial consutation and Xrays, no scripor or recommendations, and then wants to pull 3. Do your self a favor IF YOU CAN get your Dental work done where there are enough Dentist and competition for services. A lager city. In the future I'll be going to Tallahassee, or Jacksonville for a family Dentist and Docto

This office has no communication. They never answer their phone, and it’s almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. I waited two months for my daughter’s IV extraction appointment, only for us to arrive and be told she was scheduled for a cleaning instead. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Yes I've been calling your office for 2 days now and I keep getting hung up on no answer. they just hang up on me

My 4yr old son started as a new patient on Wednesday, me and his dad was definitely nervous about his reaction going back to the dentist. But the staff was absolutely amazing, they did such a great job with walking him through each step and just being kind and patient! Special thanks to Ms. Kendall!
