I am kinda disappointed. I went to this office twice and both times I was charged different amounts. The second time I noticed the charge was different for the same procedure and I asked one of the ladies up front was this like a copay or something cause it was different she said yes. They don’t explain what they’re charging you for and if you overpaid they will not let you know apparently it is added to your account for your next visit but then again how would they know I was going to keep them as my dentist office. I did now know I over paid until months and months later when I reviewed my insurance claim and noticed an overpayment. I reached out in Nov to clear it up and was advised a check would be sent to me. Now this is the end of December and I called again to get an update to my su

I wish I had NEVER came here for dental work. I had absolutely NO dental pain going in. I allowed them to give me fillings and my teeth have NEVER been the same since. OVER a year later and the teeth they gave fillings to are STILL sensitive to hot and cold beverages/foods. I should have known something was up when a dental assistant reacted super shock that my teeth were STILL super sensitive, weeks after my procedure. The dentist just simply told her "Yes, sometimes." That was well over a year ago. If you're a person of color GO ELSEWHERE!!! Find you a dentist office that's in your network, ELSEWHERE. They will purposely mess your teeth up here while smiling and laughing in your face.

This was the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had! So very pleased! My second visit was just as pleasant as the first one. I am so glad I chose Dr Shiver. He is so nice and caring and gentle! Today I got a new crown. I am so very pleased. It was a very easy and painless procedure from start to finish and and I left the office with a beautiful new crown! I highly recommend Dr. Shiver for your dental needs. He and his entire staff are wonderful and very friendly! Today I I prepped for a bridge which included getting prepped for two crowns. I experienced absolutely no pain whatsoever! Absolutely amazing. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Shivers over 30 years. I absolutely have never had anything but excellent care. From the entire staff. Cleanings, fillings, crowns, I have had all those procedures done with not one problem. I highly recommend Dr. Shiver and his entire staff. If you need dental care contact this office. They are truly amazing and caring.

I was a new patient in Nov. 2024, I was scared from the negative reviews, this Dentist does an excellent job! I am so glad a friend referred me to him. Everyone is so great & helpful. I had some work done that consists of a crown, bridge & 2 fillings. Mr. B, did an amazing job in my mouth, my teeth were messed up & it was hard to eat. Don’t put off going to the dentist like I did, go see Mr. B & his wonderful staff & your mouth will be great again! I Love this place. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
