Great company and better customer service. I Just opened up my new office in NorCal a couple months ago and was struggling with getting new equipment for my office. Cole was able to help me get my office set up with everything I needed and some deep discount so I was able to stay within my budget, Cole also spent an hour on FaceTime with me to help set all my equipment up so I wouldn’t have to spend more money on a technician coming in. I will definitely be coming back for more. Thanks Cole!

This is a horrible company to buy or deal with. Purchased a Woodpecker Endo Activator. Straight out of box it didn't work. Took a video of that defective equipment, immediately and emailed it to the rep. Rep agreed its not doing anything. But, he wanted to forward that the warranty dept with a 20% restocking fee, if found working at their place - guess when I have to use this gear every time, I need their warranty dept help. From this point, it was nothing but nightmare to deal with these people to get to return shipping label to full refund. First they want to charge me for sending return shipping label. Second, after they received the defective activator, they sent me a video stating that it was working, which is a lie. It felt like they are up for quick grab of money with shady busine

We purchased equipment that cost thousands of dollars and once you make payment they are no longer there for you if you have questions. POOREST customer service! Look someplace else for your purchases. Saving a few dollars is just not worth the aggravation.

Recently bought the Woodpecker Air polisher from Vakker Dental. It was an excellent experience. Andrew Rollins was very knowledgeable about the product, answered all my questions, gave us a great price, fast delivery, and was always accessible at a moment's notice via phone or email for tech support. I would def buy from these guys again.
