Knotted Up

I had a relaxing massage with Sarah at Knotted Up and it was exactly what my body needed. She took the time to focus on my main tension areas — my hips, low back, and shoulders and the difference was noticeable right away. The session was calming, professional, and very intentional. I left feeling more relaxed, lighter, and moving better. Highly recommend Sarah if you’re looking for someone who truly listens to your body and targets the areas that need it most.

I signed up a few years ago after I had open heart surgery to help with much needed healing. I paired up with Brandon who did an amazing job. Time got the best of me and it had been awhile since. Pain, tension, immobility, stress piled on and I know there was only one place to go. So I called to activate my membership and back to going regularly for pain relief. I see Jasmine and she is absolutely amazing, I am so impressed by her ability and dedication to help me get back aligned. I look forward to every session because I know ill learn something new about my body and I’ll come out feeling brand new. Everyone here is so welcoming, professional, passionate and helpful. The vibe check is vibing. Great energy. I highly recommend Knotted up, I tell everyone who is looking for a massage place.

I have been coming to Knotted Up since 2020 and it’s the only place i get massages at since ! I drive from LA and it’s worth it everytime. Sean has provided the best care for me all these years, truly the best. Over the years i have tried over 5 different therapists and all have been amazing. The front desk stop is also always so kind and helpful. I refer all my friends here because it’s more than just a massage, it’s self care. My body needs the massage work and this is the only place that has made me feel brand new every time i walk out. 10/10 all around.

I have been here about five times in the past 3 years (although I wish it were more!) and every massage has been great! I love that they offer a special to try out a different massage therapist. There is a therapist for every need. I forget her name but one of them recommended that I get a massage before getting a chiropractic adjustment for my sciatica pain for it to have a better effect and I did just that and it gave me pain relief for so many months. Anyway, all to say that I have since put my husband and friends onto this place cause it’s just that good.

I love Knotted Up! Every massage therapist I have met is so kind and really listens to your needs. Front desk staff are so friendly too! I had my last massage done by Navi and it was amazing! She incorporated sports and deep tissue massage and it was perfect for relieving my lower back pain. Could not recommend this place more!
