We are very disappointed with our experience with Vaishali kute. On multiple visits, the doctor came across as rude and dismissive. Instead of offering guidance or support when discussing general concerns about my child’s behavior, she repeatedly blamed the parents without providing constructive suggestions or solutions. As parents, we seek medical advice for reassurance, direction, and professional insight. Unfortunately, I did not feel heard, respected, or supported during our appointments. A pediatrician should create a safe and understanding environment for families, and that was not my experience here. I hope the practice works on improving communication and empathy toward parents who are simply trying to do the best for their children.

My family's journey with Dr. Kute has been nothing short of extraordinary. Having started with my eldest at the age of 2, and my youngest from birth, spanning a remarkable 13.5 years, Dr. Kute has consistently provided outstanding care. She is always a phone call or text message away. From the early years to the present, Dr. Kute's expertise and genuine concern for my children's well-being have been unwavering. The warm and comforting environment created by Dr. Kute has made every visit a positive experience for both my children. Dr. Kute's commitment to effective communication, addressing both the medical and emotional aspects of my children's health, sets them apart. My children have both been seeing Dr. Kute since birth. I interviewed several doctors but I have to say that she is the most amazing pediatrician in Atlanta. My children are 8 and 9 now but when they were small she was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. What a blessing she has been to our family! You will love Dr. Kute and her entire staff!

Dr.Kute was rude towards me after I explained why I didn’t want to give my child any supplements or shots. She made me feel completely belittled when she said “ If you don’t respect me or my medical advice why even bother coming here”. This was simply a growth appointment to see how my child has grown given that I do not have the equipment at home. I will not bother coming here again. Dr. Priya Thomas is a WONDERFUL Doctor and I will take my children there for now on. Don’t waste your time with a Doctor who will not respect your wishes for your child.

We love Dr. Kute! She has such a kind, gentle nature. Our kids are always comfortable and relaxed with her. The staff in her office are sweet and considerate with the kids' feelings. We never have to wait long and have never had an issue with billing in the 8 years we've been going to Chattahoochee Pediatrics.
