In a nutshell, Jen has made it possible for me to sleep and walk without pain. I was diagnosed with GTBS, tight IT band, cranky SI joint, glute tears, plus some arthritis all on the right. Full disclosure: I have lived a vigorous 78 years. B4 booking with Jen I had been given 36! different exercises by other PTs and docs; had steroid shots; MRIs and Xrays; and nerve ablations-all to no avail. I was overwhelmed by the expectation that I could sort through and diligently stick with the voluminous PT plans. I asked Jen to help me commit to PT by providing a manageable number of exercises. She did exactly that and I have performed them nearly every day for several months now. Voila! Mobility, sleep and vastly decreased, but manageable pain twinges.
