I waited while they served another customer and then stepped up, but it was 1:30 so they close the gates and refused to help me. I explained that they had heart medication that I needed, and I was traveling to a destination quite distant But there was zero sympathy. Not only did they lack human care , but they spent more time arguing why they wouldn’t give me my medication than it would’ve taken to simply hand me the prescription they already had on their shelf. These people are not well suited for a medical position. Fortunately, I carry emergency back up.

Unacceptable tardiness. 3 hours after a simple and small Tylenol 3 prescription was sent over and it’s still not fulfilled — needed because I just got out of oral surgery this morning. Currently in so much pain waiting, it shouldn’t be like this. Management needs to do better and to treat their employees better so that this doesn’t continue to hurt others. 5 hours and still no prescription filled. Can’t talk to a human on the phone. This is what happens when profits over people are prioritized

Ordered the same prescription as my spouse a day before him, but his was mysteriously filled first and mine was not available when promised. When I asked for help transferring the prescription it was not given and their app was broken and not working. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve never had this much trouble with any prescription at this pharmacy ever until today. I had been up since 3am, had a wisdom tooth extracted and waited 2 hours for my prescription. THEN they got my name wrong on the prescription information. Place needs a training day asap

New ai assistant for refilling prescriptions is awful. It’s like they went backwards 1/2 a decade w their phone technology. What was easy is now cumbersome and frustrating
