Dr. Shannon Vail is the best! I’ve always believed that who you trust with your care matters and this dentist proves it. Every visit feels welcoming and comfortable. The attention to detail, genuine care, and professionalism make a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Vail more.

Finding a new dentist is never fun--especially when my last one was fantastic, but after moving I was in need of a new practice. I'd passed the giant toothbrush for months when I figured I'd give Nathanson Dental a try. I could not be more thrilled at how welcomed I've been into their practice--right from the first phone call!! Everyone--and I do mean everyone--has been so nice and accommodating to all my needs. Dr. Vail and Dani stand out the most because I feel like they're my personal smile experts, but the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. I feel so lucky to be a part of the Nathanson family!!

Dr. Vail does my Botox and lip filler, and I had an amazing experience. The treatments were comfortable, the facility is clean and beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of here!

I only leave reviews if I have an absolutely amazing experience. I would give 100 stars if I could. From my first conversation with front desk staff to the check out process, it was very warm and welcoming… much better from my previous dentist. I drove an hour and a half and would drive double that to have client service I had during my visit. Everyone was very understanding and I never felt judged based off my needs of care. Thanks a million Nathanson Dental!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They treated me like their first patient ever and rolled out the blue and orange carpet for me. From the multiple calls/texts to welcome me and make sure I was prepared for my appointment. To the tour and very through explanations for every team member. To every person knowing my name and history though I sent it hours before. To the homemade cookie. To the issue I had with my FSA. All of it was handled so graciously and with my care. They are out of network, but I’d be willing to go through the paperwork just to be a patient here. If you’re in their office, tell the Alicia from Chick-fil-A sent you 😉
