Living with a permanent back injury isn’t easy, but Jai has done more than treat me they’ve helped me stay strong, positive, and well-kept through it all. Jai Medical stands out because they truly care about their patients. They remember us during the holidays with cards and gift cards, host times where there’s food for everyone, and even offer a free transportation shuttle that’s always reliable. Staff are very professional and polite. The office is very clean, especially the floors! Dr. Celius is very kind. She took her time to listen to all concerns and she explained things and didn’t make the visit feel rushed. I would highly recommend the medical center located in Hunt Valley. Scheduling appointments were a breeze!

My favorite facility and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a member of this amazing location. The support staff is great at all their jobs medical and administrative. The doctors are knowledgeable, trustworthy and attentive to all my needs and inquiries. My PCP is my best provider in my adult life. I referred my only adult child to have the same great experience. I have to start by THANK all the Jai medical Center staff. Me and my mom we had the most wonderful experience in that facility. After they find out that we had a very bad experience in another hospital Jasonelle helped us so much. She went above and beyond to according my mom and make us feel so welcome. I’m grateful that we give Jai a second chance. We saw a Dr. Greg an amazing doctor. He was so knowledge and so helpful and so kind. I cannot thanks them enough. When you walk through the door, there is a lady behind the desk. Her customer service and personality is EXCELLENT. I absolutely LOVE her and so do my kids. Miss Jasonelle, who works upstairs, has reached out to me and made me feel comfortable enough to discuss every issue. She addressed every concern I had and she kept in contact with me through the process. I absolutely appreciate her dedication.I was told by my Dr. to call WHENEVER I need assistance. However, he's never available and the staff who answers the phone apparently is tired of me calling. Once again THANK YOU JASONELLE and the lady at the desk soon as I walk in the building.
