Today alone, I tried calling 10 times & apparently no one works here. If you’re seeking mental health help, go anywhere but here In addition to today if you’re not trying to get 5 different pills prescribed to you they’re not interested in coming up with an alternative care plan. Another example: one of the providers they have downplayed everything I told her happened l, told me I don’t have depression and it’s made up. Told me if she’s not prescribing me a medication what am I doing here then preceded to Prescribed me an anti-psychotic which I didn’t need nor even knew if it was approved for my job. She’s also the same provider I had a year prior to this incident that spent a whopping 5 minutes total in the appointment before prescribing me a antidepressant that I had previously been pr

I have been going to this facility for about 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The nurse actually prayed for me as I was experiencing some symptoms of my illness. The prayer really worked and so has the meds prescribed.

When you have an initial phone appointment at a certain time and it has been over an hour and 5mins. it really shows the amount of care that they don't actually give. To be so easily forgotten and passed around is sickening. I am still waiting for a call back as "a provider should have picked it up."

Disappointed not a single healthy snack in the vending machine?Otherwise 5 Stars for staff & facilities.

Just kept messing with me. Last time cancelled appointment with no notice. Showed up on time and it was cancelled. Some of them are really nice but everyone gave me the runaround and some of them were rude and evil. Will now drive an hour away to Orlando
