VA North Texas Health Care System

I've used the VA for 6 years now and I've gone through 3 Dr's. With that said, I LOVE the VA system. I've gotten mental health situations turned around, my physical health is working so much better. Listen VA Healthcare is Healthcare and Healthcare sucks! It's painful, it's anguish, but we all need to utilize it to live. Stop with these 1 and 2 star reviews and do what you gotta do for yourself and your family.

Excellent care from start to finish. Every staff member was smiling, kind, and showed genuine concern. The doctors, nurses, and support staff went out of their way to help and made a stressful situation feel manageable. You can truly feel that this team cares about veterans. Very grateful for the care and compassion shown.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the VA today, this was my first visit and the vibe of the hospital was great. Starting with the information desk, the people there very friendly and helpful they went out of their way to show me where to go. It was nice to see friendly faces, and folks actually greeting each other as they went about the day. Good folks good vibes👍👍👍👍👍

I needed to have some blood drawn, but my name was not in the computer, my doctor asure me that my name would be in for blood work, but was not, the nurse kept looking and didn’t find anything in my name she worked very hard on looking to find my name, god I was very happy when she did find my name, god bless her, she worked so hard, she was amazing I want to take a moment to thank her so much she was able to get my blood work done, thank you,thank you, It was on 11/2024 on a Saturday morning. wow! She deserves a big wow! Thank you. It was the Dallas VA hospital. thank you all at the VA hospitals, for all your hard work,bless you all.

I’m chilling up here in this VA Hospital, and everyone has been professional, kind, and efficient. And even if they’d shown signs of having a rough morning, they’d still get 5 stars from this veteran. I’m grateful for the benefits extended to me in response to my military service. Thank you!!!
