VA Hospital

I am once again impressed with the outstanding service I received at the VA Hospital in North Las Vegas. While I do not come here very often, it is quite reassuring to see just how well this place is not only maintained, but how wonderful and helpful all the staff members are to their customers. What is even more amazing is how they have always been on time or early for any of my appointments. Today, I was there for a consultation for a small medical procedure, and I was able to quickly get seen by Dr. Dunn, evaluated and scheduled for a minor surgical procedure within the next few weeks. Heck, I could have been scheduled for the following week had I been available. As for me, the VA has been phenomenal on all levels, and I am truly impressed with the services they have provided me so far.

This was my first visit to this particular VA Hospital and I'm very pleased. I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived and the gentleman gave me simple directions to where I needed to go. The receptionist at the Radiology department was very polite, professional and courteous. The Radiology tech was great. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Thank you for a great experience.

Going for the first time for a C&P exam. I wasn’t sure where to enter at. I ended up at the employee’s entrance which I could not get the door open. A gentleman swiped his key card and let me in. Once inside, I was staring intently at the building map when a nurse piped up, asking where I needed to go. She was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Once at the exam office, the lady checked me in from where I sat which was great. All in all a great experience.

I myself am not a veteran but my friend is and they treated him like he was important and they kept me informed about everything that was going on with him while he was there

It’s always nice to help those men and women that served the country. They love to look at the jewelry and accessories, they purchase for themselves or for gifts. It’s nice have a stand at the VA hospital with my Paparazzi jewelry.
