VA Dermatology Clinic

Avoid the dermatology office if you can. If you have private insurance, use it. This office has wasted so much of my time. First they scheduled an appt for me for a date that had already passed in their system while telling it my was scheduled for the following week. I show up and was told I was a no show for an appt that had already occurred before I even called to schedule my appt. How does that even happen?? A wasted trip to downtown StL from 30 miles out of town. Took me a week to get it rescheduled. I get a call to come in earlier on the day of my new appt and am left sitting and waiting until my original appt time. Is the number listed still the correct number? I can never get in touch with anyone at the listed number and extension. Edit: They updated with the correct number! Also when I refilled my medication it was easy and swift (using my health e-vet).

No one ever answers the phone and I know I've been in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk will be just talking to her co-workers. Yall cant answer phones there? I've been calling non-stop trying to make an appointment. So I'll have to go all the way there just to make a quick appointment that will probably be somewhere in late July lol smh

Dr. Ruddy and her nurse Mary are very professional and friendly me being a disabled veteran they care about the veterans care you couldn't ask for better care from either one of them

It is hard to get someone to help you over the phone, and get what you need very difficult. Poor service .
