V & A Pharmacy

Disgusting attitute from both the man and woman behind the counter. They seem miserable working there. Would not recommend, would give 0 stars or negative if possible. They were very dismissive, rude, and didn't care to help. Terrible energy in there. I never understood why people will continue working at a place they are unhappy working at. Clearly this is not good for them. Never go here, especially for packages. They seem like they purposely give you a hard time because theyre unhappy. Do yourself a favor and don't ruin your day going here. Oh and I will be filing a formal complaint with the Board of Pharmacy due to repeated unprofessional behavior. I will no longer be going here for UPS drop off. The woman working has outright refused to give me a receipt for my drop off every time I’ve come. I know they can give me one because a different employee gave me an email receipt. She told me they “can’t” give receipts after scanning my package and taking it away. So she’s just lying…. They have also given me someone else’s package before, so there’s a high probability your package is just being given away to a random person

The lady at the register always has the worst attitude. The pharmacist is kind though, but I cannot recommend this pharmacy. I hate not being to support small business because of this

I remember when this pharmacy first open, I lived across the street since I left Williamsburg they are still the family pharmacy, Our pharmacist shows concern not just for my family but for all who filled their prescriptions there ❤️🙏💯

Terrible experience — avoid at all costs. I would give zero stars if I could. This place refuses to release your package and acts like they’re doing you a favor. The man at the counter was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help. It’s clear they’re not interested in customer service — just in power-tripping over your mail. Absolutely do not send your packages here unless you want unnecessary stress and disrespect.
